Alan Pezeshkian is a seasoned leader in the mortgage finance industry, bringing over 35 years of expertise to the field. His career began in the late 1980s as a mortgage originator and has since evolved into a legacy of excellence, culminating in the founding of HouseAmerica Financial in 2018. Under his leadership, HouseAmerica has grown into one of the top 15 mortgage lenders in Los Angeles County, serving over 6,500 families and funding more than $4 billion in loan volume.
Alan's deep understanding of residential lending—including risk management, the mortgage secondary market, and credit quality—has earned him national recognition as a respected industry leader. His tenure at institutions such as Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America, and Skyline Home Loans provided him with invaluable experience, which he has seamlessly integrated into HouseAmerica Financial’s operations.
A UCLA graduate with a double major in Economics, Alan has built his career on delivering client-centric lending solutions. Beyond residential lending, he is also an experienced real estate investor with extensive knowledge of commercial real estate, including ownership, management, and development. As CEO of AssetLink Management, he leads efforts in private lending and property management, ensuring clients have access to tailored financing solutions across multiple sectors.
Alan has served on the boards of the Glendale Adventist Healthcare Foundation, Glendale Chamber of Commerce, La Cañada Chamber of Commerce, and Homenetmen, a global Armenian cultural, scouting, and athletic organization. His commitment to philanthropy and community engagement underscores his dedication to making a meaningful impact beyond the financial sector.

Jay is a seasoned executive with a strong track record in finance, investment, and business leadership. With expertise in corporate operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic growth, he has successfully built and managed businesses while driving financial efficiency and profitability.
Jay earned his BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from USC’s Marshall School of Business. He began his career at Wells Fargo Bank, quickly rising to become one of its youngest Branch Managers. He later joined Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Group, overseeing property and casualty operations in New Mexico and Arizona.
As an entrepreneur and investor, Jay has founded and scaled multiple businesses, including Deadline, a top-rated motion picture advertising agency acquired in 2007, and Revolve Agency, a leading creative firm servicing major entertainment and sports brands. His investment portfolio spans real estate, startups, and diverse business ventures, demonstrating his deep understanding of risk management and wealth creation.
Beyond business, Jay has been an active community leader, serving on nonprofit boards and mentoring future generations. He has held leadership roles with the Boys & Girls Club of America, United Way, and various educational and cultural organizations.
